Read this Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Home Based Travel Agent Affiliate Program ("the Program"), which operates the web site www.HomeBased-Travelagents.com

As used in this agreement, the words "we," "our," and "us" refer to The Home Based Travel Agents and "you," "your," and "the " refer to the applicant.

You are granted a non-exclusive and revocable right to promote the Home Based Travel Agent Program by linking to and generating traffic to the web site http://homebased-travelagent.com/

You are an independent contractor and in no way an employee of Home Based Travel Agents.org.

You are free to promote the Home Based Travel Agents home program on your web site as long as you do not:

NO SPAM WILL BE TOLERATED
If you engage in any spamming activity such as sending bulk unsolicited email or posting inappropriately to newsgroups, you will be immediately terminated from the Program and all commissions outstanding will be forfeit.

NO PREDATORY ADVERTISING
You may not to use any predatory advertising techniques to generate traffic from sites with which you do not have a contractual relationship to promote the Home Based Travel Agents program. Predatory advertising is defined as any method that creates or overlays links or banners on web sites, spawns browser windows, or any method invented to generate traffic from a web site without that web site owner's, knowledge, permission, and participation (e.g. TopText, Surf+, Gator, etc.). If you are caught using predatory advertising, you will be immediately terminated from the Program and all commissions outstanding will be forfeit.

COMMISSIONS
We will pay you a commission (sometimes referred to as a "referral fee") for each sale. You will be paid $20. for travel agent and $40. Super Special training package, that join our program through your efforts. Commissions are NOT paid on any other products that may from time to time be offered on www.HomeBasedTravelagents.org You will also receive 50% of the commissions earned by each sub-affiliate signed up by you.

Commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days of the end of the month for which commissions are being paid. In other words, commissions earned in June will be paid before the end of July.

You are free to promote our site as you see fit, as long as you do not violate copyright or other applicable laws. You may use our banners, text links, articles, and so forth. Or you may develop your own.

If you are detected engaging in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to affiliates signing up under themselves, you will be terminated from the Program and all commissions outstanding will be forfeit.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to eliminate any affiliate from the Program at any time.

We reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at our sole discretion, at any time by posting a new agreement on this web site.If you agree to terms of this contract fill in the information below.Please fill out the name and address of the person in charge of the sponsoring Web site. This is the person to whom we will address all correspondence about your participation in the Associates Program.
