Q: Is there any cost to join the Home Based Travel Agents Affiliate program?
A: No! The Program is absolutely free to join.
Q: How much do I get paid?
A: Earn up to $60 per new travel agent. You will be paid $20. for each agent and $40. for every Super Special travel agent training package referred to us and sold. . Plus, you will be paid 50% of the above commissions for every sale referred by a sub-affiliate referred to us.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: You get paid every month in which you have earned commissions of at least $40. If your commissions do not add up to $40, they are carried over each month until they reach or exceed $40. Then we will cut you a check.
Q: What is a sub-affiliate?
A: Every time you refer someone to our web site (www.HomeBasedTravelAgents.org
) and they sign up as an Affiliate, they become your "sub-affiliate." So every time they refer a sale, they get the full commission and you get 50% of the sub-affiliate referral fee.
Q: How do you track my sales to assure I get paid what I am owed?
A: We use AssocTRAC software, widely considered an industry leader in affiliate tracking software. AssocTrac places a "cookie," a small snippet of harmless computer code, on the computer of every person who clicks through from your links. When they purchase the Home-Based Travel Agent home study course, the cookie makes sure you get credit -- even if it's up to one year after their first visit to our site!
Q: How can I see how well my marketing efforts are paying off?
A: Simply log on to your Home Based Travel Agents Affiliate Program account (we'll tell you how when you join) to access a variety of online reports that track your activity in real time. Log on any time, day or night to get the latest on your click troughs and commission earnings.
Q: I don't have a web site yet. Can I still join?

Q: Can I participate in the program if I don't live in the United States?

Q: Why do you ask for my Social Security Number (Tax ID) on the application form?
A: Because we have to. For every affiliate who earns more than $600 in a calendar year (and we hope that means you!), we must provide Uncle Sam with a Form 1099 MISC. You must file that form with your 1040.
